The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendant(s). in the amount of $220.56 Fire/sanitation/Police Fees on the property located at 1603 Race Street (Account #1-010067-04) Fire Protection Service charge under Article 781 of the Codified Ordinance of the City of Parkersbrug; Sanitation Fees under Article 955; and Police Fees under Article 789 and pre judgment interest through 1/31/22 plus interest from the date of judgment and court costs.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Brenda Marshall, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street Suite 12 Parkersburg WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 31, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
