On or about December 8, 2018 D.D., the above-named child, was born to TORIE CLEGG. It appears that the father of the above-named child, COREY D’AIELLO’S, whereabouts are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on May 16, 2022 at the hour of 11:30 o’clock a.m. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, COREY D’AIELLO, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, F. JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, POST OFFICE BOX 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
