Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of April 2022, at 11:30 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, James Rolla Bunner, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from James Rolla Bunner to Summer Rachelle Bunner. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
