NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, APRIL 19, 2022, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL AT 7:30 PM IN THE SECOND FLOOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA. AT THAT TIME AND PLACE ANY INTERESTED PARKERSBURG RESIDENT OR PROPERTY OWNER IS INVITED TO COMMENT ON AND AID THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY IN CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:

D. Resolution for the Urban Renewal Authority to acquire 318 5th Street through eminent domain.
E. Resolution of the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Parkersburg authorizing Mayor Joyce to acquire certain real property for the purpose of remediating slum and blighted conditions in the city.
