The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that AMY NICOLE LYONS CARPENTER is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, AMY NICOLE LYONS CARPENTER, Respondent, serve upon GILBERT CARPENTER, Petitioner, whose address is North Central Regional, #1 Lois Lane, Greenwood, WV 26415, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 12, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
