It is hereby ordered that, CHRISTINA IRENE HOLDREN (DELANCEY), Respondent, serve upon RAYMOND WAYNE DELANCEY, Petitioner C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 16, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
