The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to request possession to the property located at 42 Lexington Park Dr., Parkersburg, WV 26101 and, if any, the following additional relief from the Court: Defendant be ejected or evicted from the premises by directing the Sheriff to remove the Defendant on a date certain. That Defendant be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for unlawful entry and detainer under 50-4-5.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, WVII Lexington MHP, LLC it is ordered that Mary Lee White do serve upon the Wood County Magistrate Court, whose address is 401 2nd Street, #12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 29, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against <ary Lee White at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
