The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CHARLES HERMAN KYER, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CHARLES HERMAN KYER, Respondent, serve upon AMBER LOUISE KYER, Petitioner, whose address is 695 Short Run Rd, Belleville, WV 26133, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 16, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
