WIRT COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL
AUDITORIUM SEATING REPLACEMENT
AND RENOVATION – ESSERF
Sealed Bids for the Project listed above, will be received by the Owner, Wirt County Schools at the Administration Offices of Wirt County Board of Education, 389 Mulberry Street, Elizabeth, WV 26143, until 1:00 pm local prevailing time on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at which time and place all accepted bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. After opening, the bid(s) quality, thoroughness, and cost are compared by Wirt County Schools. In general, the Work of this bid package includes demoing, furnishing, delivering, and installing the following:
* Approximately 350 Low-Back Chairs
* Total Tablet Arms for 50% of the seats
* Appropriate number of ADA Recoverable Chairs
* Accessories including: Aisle lights, cup holders, and necessary power source
* Removal of existing chairs and patching holes
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Administration Offices of Wirt County Board of Education, 389 Mulberry Street, Elizabeth, WV, on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 1:00 PM local prevailing time, in order to familiarize bidders with the project and the requirements and to consider questions regarding the Auditorium Project. A subsequent site visit following this meeting will occur. All potential Bidders are required to attend. Potential sub-bidders and material suppliers are also encouraged to attend. This grant project is federally-funded and as such is subject to compliance with Federal Requirements; including prevailing wage for all labor performed.
