NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the following decedent’s estate:

The Final Settlements and/or Waivers of Final Settlement in the above captioned estates have been presented before me by the respective Fiduciaries of said estates for approval, which reports were retained in my office at 14 S. Randolph Ave. Elkins, West Virginia.
I have approved these reports of Settlement as presented and will file the same with the Honorable County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, on or after April 15, 2022
Any person having any interest in said estate may appear before the Honorable County Commission to protect their interests as they may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
