Elkins City Hall HVAC Project
The City of Elkins requests statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms to provide professional design, bidding, and Construction Administration services in connection with the City Hall HVAC project. City Hall is a historic three-story building with a full basement and a partial penthouse, containing approximately 29,800 square feet. The complete replacement of the existing heating and cooling systems are anticipated.
Interested firms must attend a mandatory pre-submission walkthrough conference at 10:00AM on Wednesday, May 12th, 2022 at City Hall, located at 401 Davis Ave, Elkins, WV 26241. Proposals must be received on or before 3:00PM, May 26th, 2022 at the office of the Operations Manager, and may be in hard copy or electronic format.
