PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, appropriate bond having been approved, the undersigned Special Commissioners will sell on May 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse, Parkersburg, West Virginia the following valuable real estate to the highest bidder, to wit:

Terms of Sale: 10% Cash on day of sale, plus adequate assurance to the undersigned of the ability to obtain the remainder of the proceeds and close within 10 days of the sale. In the event that final payment does not occur within 10 days the 10% deposit shall be forfeited and applied to costs of sale. This sale is subject to all unpaid real estate taxes which shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
