Tablets and Accessories
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ for Business tablets and accessories.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Finance Director, Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on Monday, May 16, 2022, at the Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID PD #22-01B.”
Prospective bidders may contact Amy Roberts at (304) 295-5070, ext. 341, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a city business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered.
