NOTICE OF LETTING
Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Elkins for the installation of a new emergency electrical generator on the City Hall building in Elkins, West Virginia, until Thursday, May 19, 2022, 9:30 A.M. Bids will be due at the Mayor’s Office, in City Hall, and will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Elkins City Hall on Thursday, May 5, 2022, 9:30 A.M. Beginning on Thursday, May 5, 2022, plans may be viewed at the following locations:

Contractors may obtain sets of plans from VanNostrand Architects at the pre-bid meeting for $25 each. Any requested postage and shipping will be an additional cost.
