2. Proceedings pursuant to this petition may result in the permanent termination of your parental rights.
3. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT A HEARING ON THE ABOVE STYLED ACTION IS SCHEDULED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RANDOLPH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA ON THE 2ND DAY OF JUNE, 2022 AT THE HOUR OF 10:30 A.M. IN THE CIRCUIT COURTROOM OF RANDOLPH COUNTY, SITUATE IN THE CITY OF ELKINS, RANDOLPH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA AT WHICH TIME AND PLACE YOU MAY APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE AGAINST THE SAME IF YOU SO DESIRE.
