West Virginia University at Parkersburg will be accepting bids for the following project: Activity Center Foundation & Masonry Repairs. The project generally includes foundation repairs to Activity Center, repointing of existing masonry, and sidewalk replacement. This includes replacement of two sets of exterior doors, frames and hardware.. Electronic bid documents will be available on May 9, 2022, at www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. A Mandatory Prebid meeting will be held May 17, 2022, at 10:00 am at the main entry to the building. Bids will be due at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2022, at the WVU-P Purchasing Department at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg WV 26104 Attention: Jeannine Ratliffe, CPO. A public bid opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2022, at WVU-P Administration offices at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104. The Project does not have Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements.
