Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of June 2022, at 2:15 o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Charles Ray Kimball, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Nicholas Ray Edward Longwell to Nicholas Ray Edward Kimball. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
