The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that TRACY ANN SAYRES, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, TRACY ANN SAYRES, Respondent, serve upon ROBERT MICHAEL WESLEY SAYRES, Petitioner, whose address is 1222 Lynn St., Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 5, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
