NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By Virtue of a Writ of Execution dated the 22nd day of February, 2021, issued out of Magistrate Court of Randolph County on a judgment rendered in said court on the 31st day of August, 2021 in favor of Jerry R. Pennington WV Plaintiff, and Charlie Arbogast Defendant, for $4,956.10, plus, Interest, Sheriff’s Commission, and Court Costs, etc.
I have heretofore levied upon the following described property:
2010 Chevrolet Utility Dump Truck
VIN NO. 1GNLVFED0AS144691
Public notice is hereby given that I will, on the 8th day of June, 2022, at 10:00 AM of said day or as soon thereafter as may be practical at the Court House parking lot in the City of Elkins, West Virginia, sell at public auction for cash, in lawful money of the United States all the right, title and interest of said Charlie Arbogast, in and to the above described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise sufficient money to satisfy said judgment with interest and costs, etc. to the highest and best bidder.
The undersigned reserves the right to continue or adjourn such sale as may be the best interest of the parties herein by public announcement at the time and date set forth aforesaid, and reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A description of said property is available upon request from said Sheriff.
