The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from SR HC Holdings, LLC, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Stonerise at Home Holdings, LLC, Charleston, Kanawha County, CON File #22-WV-12439-A, for Stonerise at Home Holdings, LLC (Stonerise) to acquire the ownership interests of Stonerise Home Health Services, LLC and for SR HC Holdings, LLC to become the sole member of Stonerise. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $4,000,000.
