The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CLARENCE MERCER, JR., is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CLARENCE MERCER, JR., Respondent, serve upon SHANNON MERCER, Petitioner, whose address is 603 Hill Street, Parkersburg WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 8, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
