Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of June 2022, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Mary Ann Willison, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Mary Ann Willison to Mary Ann Morelock. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
