Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of July, 2022, at 1:15 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Emily Johnson will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Annabelle Rose Johnson to Annabelle Rose Flores, Tristan Dmitri Johnson to Tristan Dmitri Flores, Maximilian Vincent Johnson to Maximilian Vincent Flores, Cynthia Marie Johnson to Cynthia Marie Flores. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
