West Virginia University at Parkersburg invites proposals from qualified companies to provide consulting services to support the College with institutional assessment. This solicitation serves as notice, pursuant to West Virginia Code §5A-3-10b, of the commodity or service being sought and is to be considered the opportunity for vendors to indicate their interest in bidding on such commodity or service.
