Notice is hereby given that application will be made to the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Wood County Judicial Annex, Government Square, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood, West Virginia, on the 13th day of July 2022, at 9:45 a.m. for the legal change of name of BENETT-MARIE MAY LEMON. Any person or entity having cause to object to such change of name may appear before the Court on the date and time set forth above and be heard.
