The object of the above-referenced action are contempt proceedings regarding the parties
named herein.
And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known address of Ricky Steven Coulson, is unknown, or is avoiding service, it is hereby ORDERED that RICKY STEVEN COULSON serve upon Justin M. Raber, counsel for the Petitioner, whose address is P. O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action on or before the 1st day of August, 2022. A hearing on the matter will be held on the 15th day of August, 2022, at 1:30 p. m. before the Hon. Ellen L. Smith, Family Court Judge, located at 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. If you fail to do so, judgement will thereafter be taken against you. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
