To whom it may concern:
Please take notice that pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 7-1-3h, a hearing will be held before the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia on June 30, 2022 at 10 am, upon the Petition of Timothy Myers and Heather Myers to abandon and close as a public way a portion of public way, Lubeck District, Wood County West Virginia lying between the respective properties of the petitioners, containing 20 feet by 150 feet and as more particularly described in the Petition filed with the Wood County Commission.
