THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO PARTITION REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN WOOD COUNTY, WV AND TO QUIET TITLE TO SAID REAL ESTATE SITUATED IN TYGART DISTRICT AND BEING THE RESIDUE OF THE LANDS OF W.K. AND MARTHA CALE, MAP 130 PARCEL B.
TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:

It appearing that the Estates of various persons, now deceased and/or other unknown parties and those who may now be a non-residents of the State of West Virginia, may have an interest in the real property that is the subject of this action, it is hereby ORDERED that the above named Defendants, or other unknown parties, serve upon Robert K. Tebay, III LC, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 251, Parkersburg, WV 26102-0251, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before July 25, 2022. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
