NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON FRIDAY, JULY 15, 2022, AT 12:30 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA. AT THAT TIME AND PLACE ANY INTERESTED PARKERSBURG RESIDENT OR PROPERTY OWNER IS INVITED TO COMMENT ON AND AID THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION IN CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:
New Business:
a. Petition for the abandonment of a portion of City of Parkersburg Right-of-Way adjacent to City of Parkersburg Tax Map 83, Parcels 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18.
Applicant: Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. (CCCI)
b. An ordinance amending Part Thirteen, Planning and Zoning Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Parkersburg, with the addition of article 1369, Accessory Dwelling Units.
c. An ordinance amending Article 1347, Residential Districts, of Chapter Seven, Zoning Districts and Regulations, with the removal of Section 1347.02 (d) (1).
d. An ordinance amending Article 1361, General Regulations, of Chapter Seven, Zoning Districts and Regulations, with the removal of Section 1361.02 (d).
