Waters, Aliyah Joy Stoops and Zayden Matthew Stoops, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing their names from Aliyah Joy Stoops to Aliyah Joy Curtis and Zayden Matthew Stoops to Zayden Matthew Curtis, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
