Pursuant to Rule 4(e)(1)(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, this ORDER OF PUBLICATION is hereby filed to notify the any and all heirs of Melissa Jean Barone of the pending civil action filed and their interest therein:
Plaintiff, the Estate of Melissa Jean Barone, has filed suit against Defendant IEH Auto Parts, LLC, and Jay Justus Stevens. This matter shall come on for a hearing on August 15, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., whereupon all matters shall be decided before the Court. Pursuant to W.Va. Code §55-7-6(b), any and all heirs of Melissa Jean Barone shall have the opportunity to appear in person and state their interests in this matter. Failure to do so may result in the permanent loss of any such right to do so.
Plaintiff, the Estate of Melissa Jean Barone, is represented by Jay W. Gerber, Jr., of 720 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, WV.
A copy of the Plaintiff’s complaint may be obtained in the Wood County Circuit Clerk’s office located at #2 Gov’t Square, 1st floor, Parkersburg, WV.
