The Roane County Economic Development Authority (RCEDA) will be accepting sealed bids for HVAC upgrades/replacements related to the RCEDA Building located at 303 Main Street, Spencer, WV, known as the former Traders/Peoples Bank Building, on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., local time. Plans and specifications can be obtained at the mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.., local time, at the site. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022 at the Roane County Economic Development Authority Office located at 216 Market Street, Suite 100 in Spencer, WV 25276. The Roane County Economic Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No decision on the results of the bids will be made until the Roane County Economic Development Authority has reviewed the bids received.
