The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that NAYANCY ZAVALA PIERCE is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, NAYANACY ZAVALA PIERCE Respondent, serve upon PRESTON D. PIERCE, Petitioner, whose address is 41162 Ensinger Lane, Sardis, OH 43946, answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 7, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
