The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JASON DANIEL BOLEY is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JASON DANIEL BOLEY Respondent, serve upon MISTY BOLEY, Petitioner, whose address is 88 Rosemar Terrace, Apt 114, Parkersburg, WV 26105, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before OCTOBER 4, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
