NOTICE
On July 20, 2022, B&M Dumpster Rentals LLC, filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to provide dumpster rental service in Wood County. The proposed certificate and rates are as follows:
On July 19, 2021, Commission Staff recommends the application be published describing the certificate as follows:
To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the
transportation of dumpsters containers from points of
places in Wood Counties, West Virginia to places
of disposal.
Rates: Negotiable
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Request to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
