NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Wood County Civil Service Commission will conduct an entrance test for Deputy Sheriff on Saturday, September 24, 2022. The physical agility will be at 8:30 A.M. at Erickson All-Sports Complex, 4601 Camden Avenue and the written test will be at 10:00AM at the Judge Black Annex, 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia. Applications will be accepted through 12:00 Noon on 21st of September 2022.
Physical agility test.
Test is comprised of
the following:
1. 1.5 mile run has to be completed in Less than 14.36 minutes.
2. Complete 28 sit-ups in 1 minute.
3. Complete 18 push-ups in 1 minute.
