Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of September 2022, at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Tonda Montgomery, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Lainey Grace Crouch to Lainey Grace Montgomery. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
