OF ESTATE ACCOUNTS

To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the within named deceased
person:
MARY E. PULVER,
DECEASED
All persons having claims against the estate of the above-named deceased person whether due or not are notified to exhibit their claims with vouchers thereof, legal verified, along with a fee of $5.00 for filing, to the office of the undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner at the address shown below within sixty (60) days of the first publication of this notice; otherwise, any or all such claims may, by law, be excluded from all benefits of said estate. All beneficiaries of said estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their respective interests.
The undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner has in his office at 3374 Main Street, Weirton, West Virginia 26062, the above account for
settlement.
