LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for #2022-22 BROADWAY AVENUE MILLING AND RESURFACING PROJECT.
**** Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, First Floor, City Building, #1 Government Square, Parkersburg WV 26101, until 4:00 P.M. TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2022 local time. ALL SEALED BIDS SHALL BE PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ ALOUD at 10:00 A.M. WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2022 local time
NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTOR’S W.V. LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION.
Contract documents, including Technical specifications, are on file and may be obtained by interested bidders in the office of the Finance Director.
Interested bidders may receive bid information and specifications on our website at www.parkersburgcity.com
THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR THE SPECIFICATIONS.
The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds.
Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No 11246.
