The purpose of this public notice is to inform affected citizens and to invite public comments on the proposed changes to the Community Development Block Grant Program and Consolidated Action Plan. As part of its Citizen Participation Plan, the City will receive written comments on the amendment until October 26, 2022. Comments should be submitted to: City of Vienna, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105 ATTN.: Amy Roberts.
In addition, the City will hold a public hearing on this proposed amendment on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 4:00 pm at the Vienna City Building, City Council Chambers, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV. The Hearing will also be livestreamed through a link on the City’s website. The City will consider comments received, and if appropriate, modify the proposed budget. The location is handicapped accessible.
