NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
Notice to any unknown father of the above baby girl, D. H. born on or about 02/19/2007 in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the father’s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and you may appear and defend your rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. You are also notified that your parental rights will be likewise simultaneously terminated in Wood County Abuse Case 15-JA-161. If you shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. The Court presiding over this matter is the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, Kanawha County Courthouse, Charleston, WV. Response shall be made to the clerk below. A copy of said Petition and Order can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk
