Notice of Public Hearing
The City of Vienna Planning Commission is meeting October 17 th , 2022 at 5:30 PM in the Vienna City Council Chambers, 609 29 th St., Vienna, West Virginia for a public hearing to discuss and consider the following:
1. Rezoning of two parcels of property located at 5708 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, Wood County, West Virginia, Tax Map Parcel and ID 10-17-97 and 98, from zoning classification R-2 to zoning classification C-1. The petitioner has requested that the property be re-zoned to allow a commercial business operated on the property.
