ORDER FILING ADOPTION PETITION AND SETTING HEARING
This day came the Petitioners, Damian Michal Winter and Erica Ladawn Winter, and tendered and asked leave to file their Petition, duly verified by oath, together with the exhibits attached thereto, asking permission and authority of this Court to adopt Zander Uriah Winter, infant. This Petition, having been examined and inspected by the Court and found in proper form, is hereby ORDERED filed.
It is further ORDERED that a hearing be had on the matters arising upon such Petition before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Courthouse of Wood County, West Virginia. The Court waives the making of a discrete inquiry as this is a stepparent adoption and the Petitioner have resided in the home with the child for a significant period of time.
The Circuit Clerk is hereby directed to send a certified copy of this Order to the Petitioners Damian Michael Winter and Erica Ladawn Winter at 5 Joyceville Trailer Court, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101; and Christopher C.L. Ortega at his last known address of unknown.
