Notice of Intent to Demolish Structures By the City of Weirton
By the order of the City of Weirton’s Building Enforcement Agency; the following structures are scheduled for demolition on or after November 1, 2022;
1) 313 Howard St, Weirton, Hancock County, West Virginia, Tax map W43A, Parcel # 0285 (One Story Residential Story Structure). To all parties, this will also serve as notice to remove any possessions or initiate any legal actions prior to November 1, 2022.
2) 3137 Elm St, Weirton, Hancock County, West Virginia, Tax map W42M, Parcel # 0314 (One Story Residential Story Structure). Property is also purported to be 3139 Elm St. To all parties, this will also serve as notice to removed any possessions or initiate any legal actions prior to November 1, 2022.
