BEFORE THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
IN RE: ESTATE OF BETTY LUCILLE SCRITCHFIELD,
TO: DEAN FURNER AND MARK STEPHEN FURNER.
The purpose of the above styled action is to obtain a judgement for damages, and to authorize a sale of jointly owned real estate. An affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been undertaken in order to obtain Service of Process upon Defendants Dean Furner and Mark Stephen Furner, without success, and that their whereabouts are currently unknown, you are hereby given notice that an answer to the complaint must be filed on or before November 7, 2022 or judgment by default may be taken against you. A copy of said answer must be served upon Plaintiff’s attorney, C. Blaine Myers, 201 Third Street, P.O. Box 287, Parkersburg, WV 26102.
