a) Leslie Westling is requesting a minor subdivision/boundary adjustment variance to reduce the minimum lot frontage to 55 feet at 138 Beacon Drive (Tax Map W3G, Parcel 29). UDO Article 5.2.1.1 allows for a variance from the Planning Commission if the minimum lot frontage is not met. Article 5.2.1.3.3 defers to the provisions of 5.2.1.1.
b) Election 0f 2022 officers: Chairman and Vice Chair
