On or about October 30, 2017 Q. H. the above-named child was born to ALEXANDRIA RISER. It appears that the whereabouts of the father, ZACHARY DEVAN, of the above-named child, are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on NOVEMBER 18 2022 at the hour of 1:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, ZACHARY DEVAN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, PO BOX 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, ZACHARY DEVAN, with respect of the above-named child, Q.H.
