The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CHRISTOPHER DAVID MCCRAY is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CHRISTOPHER DAVID MCCRAY Respondent, serve upon REBECCA SUE MCCRAY, Petitioner, whose address is 1213 15th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before November 8, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
