NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT
REGARDING RULES FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF SEWER UTILITIES
and RULES FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF WATER UTILITIES
The Public Service Commission of West Virginia is considering modifying the rules related to the provision of water and sewer utility service. The proposed modifications pertain to main extensions. Anyone interested may obtain a copy of the Commission Order and the proposed Rules for the Government of Sewer Utilities and proposed Rules for the Government of Water Utilities on the Commission website (www.psc.state.wv.us) under the Case Information tab using the above General Order numbers. The Commission will receive written comments on the proposal to modify rules relating to sewer and water main extensions as follows:
Deadline for written initial comments, 4:00 p.m., December 5, 2022
Deadline for written reply comments, 4:00 p.m., January 2, 2023
Written comments should contain these case number or numbers of the rules to which the comments pertain, General Order Numbers 186.39 and/or 188.51, and be addressed to Karen Buckley, Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O.
