Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of December 2022, at 10:00 a.m. o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Cassandra Diana Brundige will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Cassandra Diana Brundige to Cassandra Diana Williamson. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
